LD1925 microwave heating gas purification equipment is a device for flash processing volatile organic waste gas. It uses the microwave to heat the catalyst and then passes the organic waste gas to be purified into the catalyst layer in the microwave reactor. The organic waste gas is rapidly absorbed by the high-temperature catalyst to purify the harmful substances of organic gas.

The LD1925 microwave heating gas purification equipment comprises a microwave heating chamber fixedly placed on the bracket. The microwave heating chamber is a metal cylinder with an open-top, characterized in that a microwave anti-leakage door is arranged at the top open of the microwave heating chamber. A hollow tubular and top cover inner cavity is welded on the bottom plate of the microwave heating chamber. A microwave emitting device is fixed on the sidewall of the inner cavity. The other end of the microwave emitting device of the exhaust gas spray microwave cleaning device is set in the control cabinet through the microwave heating chamber. A microwave emitting device is installed under the bottom plate of the microwave heating chamber and below the inner cavity body. A transparent quartz can is placed on the quartz can holder; the quartz tank extends upward from the top of the internal cavity.

Operation of LD1925 microwave heating gas purification equipment:
The catalyst packing 32 is placed in the quartz tank 1 and covered with the mesh pore partition plate 6, the microwave anti-leakage door 14 is closed. The PLC controller 24 controls the microwave transmitting device to emit microwaves, reads the temperature measured by the infrared temperature measuring device 19 through the PLC controller 24, automatically controls and adjusts the microwave power value in the microwave power conditioner 23. When the infrared temperature detecting probe 19 detects that the temperature of the catalyst packing 32 reaches the upper limit temperature set by the heating. The gas inlet valve 29 is automatically opened to open the gas to be treated, the gas rapidly passes through the high-temperature catalyst packing 32 in 1-3 s. the high-temperature catalyst packing 32 removes harmful components in the polluted gas by adsorption and reaction so that the gas discharge meets the qualified requirements. The catalyst may be activated carbon, iron oxide, calcium ferrite, or the like. The heating temperature online can be set depending on the type of catalyst. The polluted gas can remove organic gases, desulfurization. The state change of the material in the quartz tank 1 can be monitored online by the micro camera 20 and the monitor 25 so that the operator can grasp the test data in time.
